TTQ35 - the HD backyard ripper
... aka the Tubular Turbine Quack
..... aka the Tubes 'n' TPU Quad
In unserem Labor gezüchtet um in Deinem Garten zu fliegen!
Er ist wohl einer der am aufwendigsten zu bauenden Frames, dafür fliegt (und crashed) er außgezeichnet.
It might not be the lightest birb in town but we are quite confident that you will have a hard time finding a frame that eats vibrations for breakfast and converts them to a dump of beautifull flight charactaristics like the TTQ.
To get this working so good we did hundreds of prototype prints and thousands of test flights because A: we love tinkering around on our drones and B: we love flying them even more.
So if you heard of builders f***ing up reasonable quads by putting tons of TPU on it: We didn't do that. We put the minimum of TPU required for every structural Part. To be exact: less than 12g (whatever that is in freedom units).
And if you have not noticed it by now it has TUBULAR arms! You got that right: its sticks with holes through them - and in those holes: BAM motor cables!
Be aware that this is not a beginner build. We did our best to make it a reasonable build but we sure had to swear quite a bit along the way. If you have done a couple of traditional builds you should not have a problem but if you are new to the "slap a lot of stuff together with small screws and a soldering iron"- thing you should definitly check out the build guide before you buy one!
